These Terms of Service help protect your access and use of the Aerospace ("the Bot"). By using, or interacting with the bot you automatically agree to our terms of service, if you do not agree please kick our bot out of YOUR server right away!

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using this bot Aerospace, you automatically confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or older and you meet the minimum age requirements of Discord's Terms of Service.

2. Usage Guidelines

To ensure a positive experience for all users of this bot and to prevent harsh discord rate limits, you agree to using the bot in the way it was made and you are unable to edit the bot to however you want to. You are NOT allowed to abuse exploits or reverse engineer the bot's code or functionality.

3. Privacy Policy regarding content stored by Areospace and its developers

The bot collects Server names and member counts when you add the bot to your server, we also log command usage through our error logs when an error is sent, it notifies the developers that way they can take a look in the host service's terminal and see if it is a critical issue.

4. Disclaimers about the bot

The bot is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, this bot will NEVER be perfect and can/will have bugs in it. The developers try as hard as they can to make sure that the bot has no bugs in it before a release!

5. Limitation and Termination

This bot will always comply with the Discord Developer Policy, Discord's Terms of service, Privacy Policy, and the law. The developer is NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting in you losing access to the Areospace discord bot through the forum of a blacklist. The developer ziggy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the bot for any USER or SERVER, If you violate any of these terms then you and/or the server will be banned from the bot along with YOU.

6. Future Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the bot gets into more and more servers every single year. We will be sending out notifications in our discord server about the terms of service update.
